"Helpful updates, even if I got a bit mixed up on timing"
They kept me posted about my order the whole time, so I wasn’t left guessing. I did get a little confused about the timeline at one point, but the updates helped me figure out where things stood

"Pretty sure they saved me a headache"
I ordered a few audio parts from fullcompass.com and had a question before I checked out. The person I talked to seemed to really know the gear, not just reading whatever was on the product page. I’m sure they saved me from buying the wrong cable for my setup, which would’ve been annoying. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’d give them 5 stars.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered a cable and wasn’t expecting it to arrive that quickly, but it got here way sooner than I had planned for. I know it’s just a cable, but I needed it and didn’t want to overpay somewhere else just to get it faster, so I’m glad I went this route. The shipping was quick, tracking was simple enough to follow, and everything showed up fine. No complaints from me.

"Super easy exchange, honestly"
I had to return something and it was way easier than I expected. Like, I thought it might turn into a whole thing, but nope—sent it back, the exchange moved fast, and before I knew it the replacement was on the way. No hassle, which is always a nice surprise.

"Packed well, just hoping it holds up"
I ordered from fullcompass.com and the package showed up in good shape. The box was sturdy, taped up well, and the item had a decent amount of padding around it. Nothing was rattling around or looked damaged, which is always my main concern with gear. I haven’t used it enough yet to say much about the long-term quality, so I’m still a little unsure there, but at least the shipping and packaging side was handled really well. I’d probably order from them again.

"Order Was Mostly Fine, Because There’s Always Something"
I ordered from Full Compass and, for the most part, everything showed up like it was supposed to. Of course, there’s always that one tiny thing that ends up being wrong, and in my case one small item wasn’t what I picked. It wasn’t a major issue or anything, just kind of annoying because this stuff seems to happen with every order anywhere. Shipping was okay, and support did help once I reached out, so overall it worked out.

"Had Almost Everything I Needed"
Most of what I needed was in stock, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to waste time hunting the same stuff down somewhere else. One item was backordered, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal.

They’ve got a good selection overall, and I found a lot of what I was looking for. That said, there were a couple of basic things I expected them to have that just weren’t there... still a decent spot, though.

I’m not usually a fan of asking for help in stores, but the sales guy made it easy and got me the right cable quickly. i tend to judge places by how fast they can sort out simple stuff like this, and this was a good experience.

"Warranty honored, but the slow repair has me reconsidering"
They did honor the warranty, which I appreciate, and my gear is working again now. But the repair process dragged on longer than I expected, and the updates were slow unless I checked in. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if this happens again, I’d probably start looking at another brand or shop.

"Good prices, honestly worth it"
I saw the lower prices and kind of assumed the quality might be just okay, but I was wrong. The stuff is actually good, and it’s cheaper than a lot of other places I checked. Definitely feels worth it.

The site were easy to use, and I found the cable I needed really fast. Checkout was simple too, no annoying extra steps or anything. Overall, it was a smooth experience.
